The aim of the BioCristallography workshop is to determine the structure of biological macromolecules by X-ray crystallography.

This workshop is associated with the MOOC "Journey to the heart of life with X-rays: crystallography".

The workshop will cover:

• Freezing of crystals
• Collection and Processing of X-ray diffraction data on Proxima 1/2 lines at SOLEIL
• Phasing (Molecular Replacement and anomalous Diffusion)
• Refinement and Validation of structures.

The workshop will be held at the SOLEIL Synchrotron in Saint-Aubin.
