INFRAFRONTIER / IMPC Conference 2019: Genetic Variation, Big Data and Ageing

Meeting
Date: 03-Jun-2019 to 05-Jun-2019

3-5 June 2019 in Helsink, Finland

The joint annual meetings of the European research infrastructure INFRAFRONTIER and the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) in Athens/Greece (2017) and Munich/Germany (2018) have grown to a worldwide meeting point of leading scientists from the areas of functional mouse genetics and from human medical research.

The INFRAFRONTIER / IMPC conference 2019, taking place in Finland´s beautiful capital Helsinki on 3 to 5 June, will underline this claim: This year´s conference will be focussing on Genetic Variation, Big Data and Ageing – three top prerequisites for a sustainable success of the upcoming era of precision medicine. It will provide an excellent opportunity to support a better alignment of the unique platforms and repositories of the two leading international associations for functional mouse genetics with current ageing and population genetics initiatives. At the same time, the conference will support interactions with human genetics centers and clinical consortia in Europe and all over the world.

First details on the conference agenda can be found on the INFRAFRONTIER website.

Registration is now possible via the website.

Oral or poster presentations may be offered to the organizers at INFRAFRONTIER and the Finnish host, BioCenter Oulu.
