Instruct

The latest season of I2PC Seminars is here!

Taking place every two weeks, the web-based seminars cover a variety of topics from a range of speakers, taking you through how the latest image processing technology can benefit the wider structural biology community.

The Instruct Image Processing Center (I2PC) at the National Centre of Biotechnology-CSIC provide support for full electron microscopy image processing using SCIPION framework, including movie alignment, particle picking, classification 2D-3D, volume reconstruction and atomic structure determination. The platform also helps developers in integrating their methods into generally accessible analysis workflows.

The full agenda can be found below. All webinars take place at 16:00 CEST:

  • 30th March - David Herreros Zernikes3D: Analysis of continuous heterogeneity of CryoEM data. Spanish National Research Council.
  • 15th April - Slavica Jonic. HEMNMA and HEMNMA-3D for in vitro and in situ studies of continuous conformational variability of macromolecular complexes, ContinuousFlex plugin of Scipion. Sorbonne Université
  • 29th April - Hemant Tagare. PCA of conformational heterogeneity in cryoEM. Yale University
  • 13th May - Kai Zhang. Estimation of the CTF. gCTF. Yale University
