Grade 7: £32,817 – £40,322 p.a.

As Research Projects Co-ordinator you will oversee externally funded research projects and other network activities for an exciting new ethics and infectious diseases collaboration between Ethox at Oxford and the Berman Institute of Bioethics at Johns Hopkins University. You will be responsible for the operational co-ordination of research projects, ensuring milestones and research plans are successfully implemented through management and coordination of staff, activities and collaborators. You will be responsible for facilitating excellent communication across the activities and groups, reviewing expenditures and organising meetings. The role also involves providing support for the wider programmes of the Ethox Centre and the Wellcome Centre for Ethics and Humanities.

To be considered for this post you will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience, and have experience of administration or project management in an academic research environment or other large, complex organization. You will also have experience of setting up project management processes, be highly organised and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
