The laboratory of Proteomics and Antigen Structure at GSK Vaccines in Siena, Italy have an open position for a full time Scientist or Senior Scientist in HDx-MS (better if the candidate also has an experience in proteomics). Their research focuses on the identification and design of vaccine antigens by proteomics, electron microscopy, X-ray crystallography, biochemical and biophysical methods.
The selected candidate will employ Mass Spectrometry, and particularly Hydrogen/Deuterium Exchange-Mass Spectrometry (HDX MS) to drive the design of more efficient, stable and safer vaccine antigens through antigen dynamics studies and mapping of functional epitopes.
